1) Who We Are

2) Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3) Accounts & Eligibility

• You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
• You’re responsible for all activity under your account.
• B2B use only; no consumer use cases.

4) Plans, Billing & Free Tier

• Free Plan: basic features for evaluation; limits may apply.
• Paid Plans: fees are billed in advance per plan terms. Taxes/VAT may apply.
• You can upgrade/downgrade at any time; changes apply to the next cycle unless stated.
• Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.

5) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service (no illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive, or automated/high-volume attacks). We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

6) Your Content

You own your content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to provide the services. You’re responsible for having all rights to the content you upload.

7) Intellectual Property

All platform IP, logos, and software are owned by us or our licensors. No rights are granted except as needed to use the services under these Terms.

8) Third-Party Services

Optional integrations (e.g., analytics, email, reCAPTCHA) are provided by third parties and subject to their terms and privacy policies.

9) Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information and use it only as needed to deliver or receive the services.

10) Changes to the Service

We may improve, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.

11) Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach, abuse, or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to access the services ends.

12) Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the amounts paid by you in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability, or USD 100 for free users.

14) Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from your content, use of the services, or breach of these Terms.

15) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Choose jurisdiction, e.g., Republic of Türkiye]. Courts of [City, e.g., İstanbul] shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a different law requires otherwise.
